WE BELIEVE A MISSIONAL COMMUNITY IS A FAMILY OF MISSIONARY SERVANTS SENT ON MISSION BY GOD TO MAKE DISCIPLES WHO MAKE DISCIPLES.
MCs are where we gather together, worship and submit to Jesus in all of life (7 days a week) by learning to love one another as family, serve the “least of these” in our midst, and be a witness to the good news of Jesus Christ.
As these MCs grow, they multiply into more communities living on mission. When a group of MC’s begin to work together to uniquely express the gospel in their area or neighborhood, we call that an Expression. An Expression is led by the leaders from the involved MC's. These Expressions operate under the protection and authority of local elders and gather together at different times and different ways for equipping, worship, training and to jointly serve in their area.

DNA stands for Discover, Nuture, Act. These groups (three people of the same gender), under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, meet weekly to share what they are learning and how they are growing as believers. As we read the Word together, we are confronted with the beauty of the Good News of what Jesus has done and this compels us to live differently. West Village Church encourages all believers to be in a group that meets regularly for fellowship, development, confession and study.
